Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a HR & Office Administrator to join our existing team. You will work in a supportive environment where your professional development is valued and championed by a collaborative team.
The Human Resources & Office Administrator provides high-quality administrative support across HR and office operations, ensuring efficient coordination of activities and support to executive and business functions.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Deliver high-quality administrative support across core HR processes and the employee lifecycle
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure integrity of HR systems and documentation
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
Support HR reporting, workforce data management, and compliance activities
Provide responsive, customer-focused support to managers and employees
Contribute to HR projects, system improvements, and process efficiency initiatives
Provide administrative support across employee relations and broader HR activities
Support the Office Manager in smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment
Coordinate general office administration, supplies, and service providers
Provide support to executive and business functions, including events and ad hoc requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following attributes:
A tertiary qualification in business administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is highly regarded
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced settings
Collaborative team player across HR and multiple teams
Professional in handling sensitive and confidential matters
