Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY 
Due to continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a HR & Office Administrator to join our existing team. You will work in a supportive environment where your professional development is valued and championed by a collaborative team.

The Human Resources & Office Administrator provides high-quality administrative support across HR and office operations, ensuring efficient coordination of activities and support to executive and business functions.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support across core HR processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure integrity of HR systems and documentation
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
  • Support HR reporting, workforce data management, and compliance activities
  • Provide responsive, customer-focused support to managers and employees
  • Contribute to HR projects, system improvements, and process efficiency initiatives
  • Provide administrative support across employee relations and broader HR activities
  • Support the Office Manager in smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment
  • Coordinate general office administration, supplies, and service providers
  • Provide support to executive and business functions, including events and ad hoc requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following attributes: 

  • A tertiary qualification in business administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is highly regarded
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced settings
  • Collaborative team player across HR and multiple teams
  • Professional in handling sensitive and confidential matters
